Happy National Napping Day

Happy Birthday:  Lindsey – March 17

Happy Anniversary:  Zack & Brittany March 13

Prayer:  Healthy Pregnancies – Emily, Natalie, and Raegan

Good morning from rainy NC.

Dean got released from jury duty on Wednesday after being one of the first ones picked on Monday.  When he left the house on Wednesday, he was pretty sure he would be on the jury but that changed.  He was dismissed along with 3 others.  Of course, now he’s interested in the case and will be interested to see what the verdict will be.  It is a murder 1 case.  This frees him up to drive to Nashville with me on Friday for Emily’s baby shower on Saturday.

The Bradford Pears are blooming…allergy season is in full swing.

Have a blessed weekend

Love,

Gatha

Hello from Sunny Basehor Kansas! Hi today will be in the 70’s!

From blizzard straight to Spring! So glad. March came in like a lion here. We had high winds and rain, snow ice mix all night Tuesday into Wednesday! My furnace quit working!
All is good now! Furnace problem solved, all patio furniture back up in place.
So glad it’s warmer outside. Ice and snow a thing of the past! What a winter.
Friday went shopping with Lisa after  Heart Dr appointment. Then we cleaned out her refrigerator. I felt like Aunt Bonnie, this is expired, expired… her refrigerator looked great when we were done!
Saturday I went to lunch with Ellaina had a nice long visit. We then went to Menards and bought her seeds and stuff to start her garden. I spent Saturday evening with Stephanie.
Sunday after church the guy came to plant my ginkgo trees and pull out the maple and berry tree that was dead. Now I am going to get pavers laid around the utility boxes and rock those 2 areas, this will encompass the trees.
I went to Tim’s and Lisa’s for dinner. We fixed steak, asparagus baked potato and shrimp on the grill. Ellaina and I did some art projects while sitting at the tables out back. It was a beautiful day.
Today primary care check up, and  financial guy appointment.
Leaving Thursday am to go to Becky’s for the baby shower.  Can’t wait to see everyone.
Have a Blessed Week!
Love, prayers and Big Hugs
Michaela

Nick and I got back yesterday from a perfectly lazy week in Banner Elk.  Visited all the sights, breweries, vineyard, did a little skiing on the only sunny beautiful day.  Visited the actual Blowing Rock, played mini golf before the snow and cold came through Thursday morning, hiked up to beacon look out Saturday.  Collected quartzite on the way back down- lol, like little kids hunting treasure.  Finding it hard to get back into the swing of things, still a bit dreary here.  Worked on cards all morning turning the paintings I’ve done into cards that is.  Have to get out tomorrow for an Elsie grooming appointment, hermit time will terminate!  Actually Lacey came by to make sure we had a meal yesterday- yummy St. Patrick’s sausage cabbage casserole.   It was delicious!  I actually cleaned house yesterday and swapped out the mantle for Spring.  Looking forward to seeing the siblings this weekend.  Drive and fly safe, don’t let your arms get tired Kala!   Love Yaya.

To all those attending the shower, have a great weekend at Becky’s as you shower Emily with all the baby necessities! Lots of love from Deanna and Pat

Hello family!

I wanted to share that Baby Ketter will be joining the fam in late October! Just 7 weeks, so still early days over here, but I wanted to share our joy. We will have an ultrasound to share by 4/3. Excited to join Natalie, Emily, and Raegan in the Schleicher baby boom!

Love you all,

Katherine Ketter

Hello Fam!!

All is well out here in the country. Preparing for Dry Thunderstorms ( I guess it’s a thing) tomorrow night with hail and strong winds. We went from winter straight into summer. 85 degrees today and beautiful! The frogs in the pond are loud as we have the windows open. Raegan is in her 14th week of pregnancy with a sweet baby girl! She’s feeling much better after being quite sick. Lliam just started EMT school and wrapped up his Firefighter 1 & 2 school in February and working full time as a Maytag man for now. Took Mom out for Mexican last night and enjoyed eating on the patio.  Schleicher baby boom 2025!!! We need shirts or baby onsies for all these blessings!!! Congrats to the Ketters. ❤

I’m so excited for all these new babies!!!!

Sending lots of love to you all

Lindsey
