I am “pecking” this email after falling and fracturing my left-hand Tuesday night. Just miss-stepped and landed wrong. I Went to the hand specialist on Wednesday and got a cast. Thankful no surgery was needed and I’m right-handed. I get to have the cast for 5 weeks. Guess you can call us Gimpy & Limpy. But between us I have 2 good legs and Dean has 2 good hands!! He is doing great in his recovery. He actually got on the zero-turner mower and mowed some. He had his post op visit on Friday and the doctor is happy with his progress.
Mark spent a long weekend in Tucson with his kids. He got to see Riley’s Lacrosse and soccer games. Then he flew back Monday.
Brian and crew left Thursday night for Becky and Charlie’s. I hate that we couldn’t make the trip but sounds like some more wonderful memories were made.
We watched lots of basketball Saturday(KU loss) and Sunday (K-State win). Mark stopped by our house Sunday afternoon before he left to work out of town for the week. Brian and family rolled in about 6:30 Sunday evening.
