Prayer: pregnancies – Raegan – Katherine- Cierra / Dennis recovery from 2nd knee replacement / Dennis’s family as they mourn the passing of his aunt Terri /Jerry Jones continue recovery/ Ethan and Hailey as they start college classes this week
Good morning from sunny NC:
It is nice to see sun again, but you still must deal with the humidity… that will pass, and fall will be here eventually.
Aitana flew in Tuesday, and it was nice to spend some time with her. Brian and Jessica moved Hailey into her dorm on Friday. She had an 8:00am check in so they left here about 4:00am in the morning, got her all moved in and made it back here by 7:00pm for Kenzie’s band mini concert. Then up Saturday morning to get Aitana to the airport by 10:00 for her flight to NY to meet her parents and sister.
In my ongoing saga of organizing my closet I found hard copies of the original “BOAR “ report that we used to mail out to everyone. I’ve attached a couple of gems.

Emotional times here for sure in our home. Moving in with Hailey was great, and while extremely sad for Jess and me, we are very excited for Hailey and her next chapter. Continuing to pray Proverbs 22:6 for her and Kenzie and watching the journey ahead.

Brian, You certainly raised your two girls up right! I know how much Hailey will be missed. Patches will be searching and searching. Praying for a great start for both Hailey and Ethan. Both dorm rooms look perfect and Ethan and Hailey look happy and excited.
Dennis and I appreciate the prayers for Terri. She is smiling with her sisters. She always had the sweetest smile. Dennis’s 2nd knee replacement seems to be going better than the first. Still painful.
Still hot and afternoon thunderstorms down here in Florida. Our cute complex has new people moving in every day. Everyone has a dog and Copper loves meeting them all.
