Good Morning from misty NC with a rainy start to our week for the next few days.
Fall sports have started and we have added Kenzie’s band performances at school home games.
You know how some people rescue animals, well Hailey rescues foreign exchange students….. yep, she has done it again 😊. Last week, Hailey was made aware that her new friend’s current host family situation was not good and needed a new host family. Brian, Jess, Kenzie, and Hailey have agreed to take her, and Zoe, who is from Hamburg Germany will be joining the family in the next few days. Looking forward to meeting her. Never boring around here!
The school district picks a senior to highlight to reflect on their senior year. This year they decided to interview the parents of that senior, who is Hailey. I know some of you saw this on Facebook. If you did not click on the link, you did not see the entire interview. That link is below.
