Crescent Sausage Quiche
Ingredients
- 8 oz Refrigerated crescent rolls (1 can)
- 8 oz sausage (browned)
- 4 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 8 oz Monterey Jack or Colby Jack cheese (shredded)
- ¾ c milk or half and half
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 °F
- Separate the crescent dough into 2 large triangles. Place in un-greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Press over the bottom and ½ inches up the side to form crust. Seal the perforations.8 oz Refrigerated crescent rolls
- Placed drained, browned sausage over the crust, cover with eggs and milk (or half and half). Sprinkle with cheese.8 oz sausage, 4 eggs, 8 oz Monterey Jack or Colby Jack cheese, ¾ c milk or half and half, ½ tsp salt
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
