Good morning from sunny NC.
It has been nice to have some sun after a rainy week. The girls had end of year events and now the count down to graduation. This is exam week, Hailey has none, Mackenzie has one and Zoe has two so other than that they are done with school. Brian, Jessica, and Hailey are in Wilmington for Hailey’s college orientation today and tomorrow.
We have been watching college softball and baseball playoffs and world series. Go Lady Vols! I managed to finish a puzzle as well.
I have been going through some photo albums and other info that was Mom Schleicher’s I believe. I can’t remember who left me this box, but I am tackling it: organizing and scanning items. I will send the pdfs to everyone as I get them finished.
I have attached a photo of a 4th of July (1995) that was in the box. Let’s see who can be the first to identify these 2 “apparent rule breakers in the egg toss” 😊.
Have a blessed week,
Love,
Gatha
Hmmm, I’m shocked these two would even consider such a thing!
What a great shot!

Good morning from Basehor Kansas.
The weather last week was chilly, but warmed up nicely for the weekend.
I got my two new Ginko trees planted in the ground Saturday.
After yard work I went to Brady’s d Danielle’s for Lilly’s graduation party. I got there and no one was home it looked like! I actually was a week late. I put the party on my calendar as the last Saturday in May thinking or not really thinking that this was Memorial weekend. Lilly and I had a great visit one on one. Then Danielle and the kids came home from the pool. I got to see baby Cruz for the first time so adorable! Baby blue eyes and the best smile! He weighs nothing compared to Jullian, who is at 98% for his age the babies are only 1 month apart. Jullian weights 20 pounds and Cruz maybe 11 pounds if I were to guess. He is so cute.
I went to Yim and Lisa’s for dinner after that.
Sunday I worked in the yard and worked on hot tub chemicals and cleaned filter. Went grocery shopping, then home.
I am watching Jullian today and tomorrow. Dentist appointment Wednesday them ladies luncheon on Thursday! Never board here!
I loved that picture Gatha! A flash from the past!
Great memories!
Congratulations to Natalie. Alex and Peter! Winni is adorable!
Hope you all have a Blessed week!

Wow, Kala, you really have everything looking so nice!
I hate that you missed the graduation party! It was so nice! Brady was so excited that you were coming so, when he told me I was surprised as I knew you were at the lake ‘glamping’! I figured you were going to cut the weekend short….then when you weren’t there, I figured you forgot…..!
Cruz is 7.5 months now and I know 1.5 months ago, at his 6 month appointment, he was 15 pounds soooo he might be 17 pounds now!! You are strong, Kala, so he just felt light!!! He is 90th percentile for height but only 10th percentile in weight. He’s a busy boy!
We’re on our way to NC to celebrate Ethan’s graduation that will be on Saturday 6/7 with Kenlee’s dance recital right after his graduation! We get to celebrate at his party on Thursday, as well! Hopefully the rain doesn’t interfere with the celebrations, but it’ll be what it is! So excited to see Becky and Charlie as we’re staying with them tonight! I love having the opportunity to visit!!
Can’t wait to see pictures of Little Wini! Big congratulations to Natalie and Alex!!!!

Travel mercies D & Patwick.
Kala, did you do poured concrete borders? Really looks so nice. Good choices. Do you have sprinklers?
Congrats to Alex, Natalie and Peter. Little Winnie is precious. Our family is so blessed with babies. Praying for everyone waiting for their upcoming delivery. So exciting.
Sorry you missed Lilly’s graduation, Kala. That does happen as we get older. My problem is I put it in my calendar and forget to look at my calendar! We got to babysit Saturday night for a bit which is always fun. Swimming with the boys Sunday. Then we helped some friends celebrate their 18th anniversary dining at Fishbones! Our golf outing got cut short, Thursday, with some severe weather so we figured we just parred out. Had a great round and didn’t get hit by lightening.
I’m sad about that bear, Becky!
Have a blessed week and congrats to all our graduates.
Love,
PJ
Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for all the prayers and well wishes! Our little Winifred Bree arrived on May 28th, right on her due date. Peter has been such a sweet and attentive big brother, he absolutely loves holding her. We are all so happy and truly feel blessed.
If anyone is in Atlanta on October 4th, we’re planning a combined baptism for Winifred and a 3rd Birthday Party for Peter. We would absolutely love for you to join us!
Natalie
Oh, my goodness! Winifred is so precious! She is beautiful and you can tell Peter is enamored by her!
Love these pictures!
