Good Monday Morning from lovely NC.
Busy week here: Mackenzie’s musical was Thursday, Friday and Saturday and soccer is still in regular play. Dean is keeping up on basketball and hockey.
Friday, we went to the Mexican restaurant at 3:00 to celebrate Cinco de Mayo… the restaurant was pretty full already, but we were able to get a table before there was a wait.
Saturday I was up early to watch the coronation, but admittedly dosed off a couple of times. Brian had a dump truck of large stones/boulders delivered Friday from a job where they had to remove them. Saturday with Dean picking them up with the tractor Brian and Jessica’s dad handled the placement. They got the front of the house done in time to go to Mackenzie’s play at 5:00. Dean and I went to the play on Thursday night, so we stayed home and watched the Kentucky Derby.
Sunday off to church and then home. Brian and Jessica fixed a great lunch with grilled salmon and then guys distributed the rest of the stones throughout the trees in the back of the house. Dean has dubbed it Brian’s Stonehenge.
