While updating and refreshing site colors…I took a moment to refresh the “official” logo, still sticking with the original design Brian created years ago. For the design premise, I used the traditional inverted color Texaco “star”, as well as one of their alternative logo designs from ~1970s:

Color Palette and Font styles

The color palette remains the same; base hex colors:
- Deep Red (#8E0303)
- Medium Gray (#666666)
- White (#FFFFFF)
- Warm Gold (#D4A017)
- Midnight Blue (#0A3D62)
- Soft Neutral (#E6E6E6)
Global typography follows the Montserrat typeset. Quotations or special emphasis use “Alex Brush”.
Schleicher Homepage Logo sets
Schleicher Homepage logo sets follow the “Deep Red” color palette, with the star gradient beginning at deep red and ending at warm gold set on a gradient background of medium gray ending at soft neutral. Two logos are used, one based on the original inverted color star logo, the other based on the 1970’s version; in general the 70’s logo should be used when easily readable (large logos, headers, etc.).

- Schleicher 70’s 1063p
- Schleicher 70’s 512p
- Schleicher 1063p
- Schleicher 665p
- Schlecher 150p
- Schleicher Inverted 500p
Schleicher Social
Schleicher Social logos follow the same style, but use the Midnight blue to soft neutral gradient.
