Crème de Menthe Cake
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg black walnuts
- Whipped cream or cool whip
- Creme de menthe liqueur
Instructions
- Bake 1 chocolate cake mix according to directions in greased and floured round cake pan. When cool, cut each layer into 2 pieces and put on other plates.
- Mix in Creme de menthe liqueur into Whipped cream or cool whip to taste.
- Ice between each layer with whipped cream mixture.
- For the top layer use white whipped cream and add chocolate Hershey's that have been shaved into curls (use a cold candy bar and potato peeler).
