Malt Shoppe Pie
Ingredients
- 1 Keebler Ready Crust-graham cracker pie crust
- 8 oz Whoopers candy
- 8 oz cool whip (thawed, with additional for garnish)
- 1 pt vanilla ice cream (softened)
Instructions
- Combine 1 pt vanilla ice cream (softened) and 8 oz cool whip until well blended.
- Reserving 8 whole Whoppers for garnish, crush 8 oz Whoopers candy.
- Add 1 c crushed candy to ice cream mixture, reserve remaining crushed candy.
- Spoon ice cream mixture into 1 Keebler Ready Crust-graham cracker pie crust.
- Top pie with remaining reserved crushed candy and freeze for 4 hours.
- To serve, garnish with whipped topping or whipped cream and 8 Whoopers.
Notes
For a more chocolaty taste, use 1 chocolate flavored Keebler crust. Marcia bakes her crust-it holds together better. This filling may also be too much for the prepared crust.
