Praline Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
Pie crust
- ½ c brown sugar
- ⅓ c nuts (chopped)
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
Filling
- 3 c pumpkin
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅔ c brown sugar
- 2 c brown sugar
- ½ c evaporated milk
- 1 tsp flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 °F
- Either make a pie crust from scratch or buy a pre-made pie crust
- Line bottom of crust with ½ c brown sugar, ⅓ c nuts, and 3 tbsp butter.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Increase oven to 350 °F
- Combine 3 c pumpkin, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ½ tsp salt, ⅔ c brown sugar, 2 c brown sugar, ½ c evaporated milk, 1 tsp flour, and ½ tsp cinnamon. Pour mixture into crust and bake for 30 minutes.
