Praline Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  

Pie crust

  • ½ c brown sugar
  • c nuts (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)

Filling

  • 3 c pumpkin
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • c brown sugar
  • 2 c brown sugar
  • ½ c evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325 °F
  2. Either make a pie crust from scratch or buy a pre-made pie crust
  3. Line bottom of crust with ½ c brown sugar, ⅓ c nuts, and 3 tbsp butter.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Increase oven to 350 °F
  6. Combine 3 c pumpkin, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ½ tsp salt, ⅔ c brown sugar, 2 c brown sugar, ½ c evaporated milk, 1 tsp flour, and ½ tsp cinnamon. Pour mixture into crust and bake for 30 minutes.
