Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ c sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 2 c heavy cream (whipped)
  • 2 qt strawberries (halved)
  • 2 qt blueberries (divided)

Instructions
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat 16 oz cream cheese, ½ c sugar, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and ½ tsp almond extract until fluffy. Fold in 2 c heavy cream.
  2. Place a third of the mixture in a 4 quart bowl.
  3. Reserve 20 strawberry halves and ½ cup blueberries for garnish.
  4. Layer half the remaining strawberries and blueberries over cream mixture. Top with another third of the cream mixture and the remaining berries. Spread remaining cream mixture on top.
  5. Use reserved strawberries and blueberries to make a "flag" on top.
