Taco Salad

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c chopped onion
  • 2 large tomatoes (chopped)
  • 18 oz cheddar cheese (grated cheese)
  • 15 oz ranch style beans (drained)
  • 1 head lettuce (chopped)
  • Catalina dressing
  • Fritos (crushed)

Instructions
 

  1. In order, on the bottom of a large bowl, place ½ c chopped onion, 2 large tomatoes (chopped), 18 oz cheddar cheese, 15 oz ranch style beans (drained), and 1 head lettuce (chopped). Do not mix.
  2. Pour in ½ bottle Catalina dressing. Do not mix.
  3. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Add crushed Fritos to the top of the salad. Mix thoroughly and serve.
