Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can crab meat ((Louis Kemb Crab preferred))
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • c onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • ¼ c parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • Crackers or French bread

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F
  2. Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
    8 oz cream cheese, 1 c mayonnaise
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and place in pan.
    1 can crab meat, ⅓ c onion, 1 can artichoke hearts, ¼ c parmesan cheese
  4. Bake 20-30 minutes, or until heated through and lightly browned.
  5. Serve with crackers or French bread
