Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 can crab meat ((Louis Kemb Crab preferred))
- 1 c mayonnaise
- ⅓ c onion (finely chopped)
- 1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- ¼ c parmesan cheese (shredded)
- Crackers or French bread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F
- Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.8 oz cream cheese, 1 c mayonnaise
- Stir in remaining ingredients and place in pan.1 can crab meat, ⅓ c onion, 1 can artichoke hearts, ¼ c parmesan cheese
- Bake 20-30 minutes, or until heated through and lightly browned.
- Serve with crackers or French bread
