Mushrooms for Grilled Steaks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks butter
  • ½ tsp beef stock
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c sliced mushrooms
  • c dry red wine

Instructions
 

  1. Melt 2 sticks butter in a saucepan, do not brown.
  2. Add 2 c sliced mushrooms and stir until tender, but firm.
  3. Add ½ tsp beef stock, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1½ c dry red wine. Heat on low heat and serve hot.
