Mushrooms for Grilled Steaks
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- ½ tsp beef stock
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c sliced mushrooms
- 1½ c dry red wine
Instructions
- Melt 2 sticks butter in a saucepan, do not brown.
- Add 2 c sliced mushrooms and stir until tender, but firm.
- Add ½ tsp beef stock, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1½ c dry red wine. Heat on low heat and serve hot.
