Instructions
Melt
2 sticks butter
in a saucepan, do not brown.
Add
2 c sliced mushrooms
and stir until tender, but firm.
Add
½ tsp beef stock
,
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
, and
1½ c dry red wine
. Heat on low heat and serve hot.
