Equipment

  • 1 Deep fryer (or air fryer)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can crab meat
  • ¼-½ tsp garlic salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Won Ton wrappers
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. In the center of each won ton wrapper place about 1½ tsp. of the mixture.
  3. Beat 1 egg with a small amount of water.
  4. Touch each corner of a won ton wrapper with the egg mixture. Bring the four corners together and pinch to seal. Repeat for each wrapper.
  5. Fry in deep fryer for about 1 minute or until golden brown. Serve hot.
