Crab Rangoon
Equipment
- 1 Deep fryer (or air fryer)
Ingredients
- 1 can crab meat
- ¼-½ tsp garlic salt
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Won Ton wrappers
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- In the center of each won ton wrapper place about 1½ tsp. of the mixture.
- Beat 1 egg with a small amount of water.
- Touch each corner of a won ton wrapper with the egg mixture. Bring the four corners together and pinch to seal. Repeat for each wrapper.
- Fry in deep fryer for about 1 minute or until golden brown. Serve hot.
