Ingredients

can
crab meat
¼-½
tsp
garlic salt
8
oz
cream cheese
(softened)
½
tsp
lemon juice
Won Ton wrappers
1
egg
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
In the center of each won ton wrapper place about 1½ tsp. of the mixture.
Beat 1 egg with a small amount of water.
Touch each corner of a won ton wrapper with the egg mixture. Bring the four corners together and pinch to seal. Repeat for each wrapper.
Fry in deep fryer for about 1 minute or until golden brown. Serve hot.
