Brisket
Ingredients
- 1 large brisket
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- Adolfs tenderizer
- liquid smoke
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 °F
- Line a pan with a lid with enough foil to cover the brisket.
- Place brisket on top of the foil and season generously with salt and pepper, garlic salt, Adolfs tenderizer, & a few drops of liquid smoke
- Sprinkle 1 onion and cover the brisket with BBQ sauce.
- Tightly wrap the foil around the brisket, cover the pan with the lid, and bake for 5 to 6 hours.
