Instructions
Preheat oven to
325
°F
Line a pan with a lid with enough foil to cover the brisket.
Place brisket on top of the foil and season generously with
salt and pepper
,
garlic salt
,
Adolfs tenderizer
, & a few drops of
liquid smoke
Sprinkle
1 onion
and cover the brisket with
BBQ sauce
.
Tightly wrap the foil around the brisket, cover the pan with the lid, and bake for 5 to 6 hours.
