Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts
- 1½ c rice ((not instant))
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ½ can water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 °F
- Melt 1 stick margarine in a large saucepan.
- Mix all soups and water with margarine.1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, ½ can water
- Spread 1½ c rice on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish
- Pour a small amount of the soup mixture over the rice and mix.
- Place 8 chicken breasts over the rice/soup mixture and pour the remaining soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Bake for 3 hours.
