Corn Bread Cake Muffins

- 1 muffin pan
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 box Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ c milk
- ½ c cold water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Prepare corn muffins with 1 egg and milk according to package directions. Set aside and let rest. Prepare cake mix in a separate bowl with 1 egg and water according to package directions.1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, 1 box Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake Mix, 2 eggs, ½ c cold water, ⅓ c milk
- Gently blend both batters together until just mixed.
- Fill well greased muffin pans ½ full with mixture. Do not use paper baking cups.
- Bake 20-33 minutes until golden brown and toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve with honey and butter.
