Corn Bread Cake Muffins

Equipment

  • 1 muffin pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 box Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • c milk
  • ½ c cold water

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
  2. Prepare corn muffins with 1 egg and milk according to package directions. Set aside and let rest. Prepare cake mix in a separate bowl with 1 egg and water according to package directions.
    1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, 1 box Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake Mix, 2 eggs, ½ c cold water, ⅓ c milk
  3. Gently blend both batters together until just mixed.
  4. Fill well greased muffin pans ½ full with mixture. Do not use paper baking cups.
  5. Bake 20-33 minutes until golden brown and toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve with honey and butter.
