Ingredients
  

  • Chicken thighs and wings
  • Vegetable or cooking oil

Instructions
 

  1. Put 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet or dutch oven and heat over high heat.

  2. Rinse cut up chicken and dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

  3. Place cut up chicken in oil and cover with lid. Turn when one side is brown.
  4. When second side is brown remove and drain on paper towel.
