Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs and wings
- Vegetable or cooking oil
Instructions
- Put 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet or dutch oven and heat over high heat.Vegetable or cooking oil
- Rinse cut up chicken and dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.Chicken thighs and wings
- Place cut up chicken in oil and cover with lid. Turn when one side is brown.
- When second side is brown remove and drain on paper towel.
