Grill-top Italian-style Chicken
Ingredients
- chicken breast halves (boned and skinned)
- Pace picante sauce
- Italian dressing
- mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breast halves in equal parts of Pace picante sauce and Italian dressing. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Remove chicken from the refrigerator, reserving marinade.
- Grill or broil chicken until cooked through, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
- If desired, top each piece of chicken with mozzarella cheese during the last minute or so of cooking, just until it melts.
- Heat remaining marinade to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Serve over chicken and pasta or rice.
