(boned and skinned)
Pace picante sauce
Italian dressing
mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Marinate
chicken breast halves
in equal parts of
Pace picante sauce
and
Italian dressing
. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Remove chicken from the refrigerator, reserving marinade.
Grill or broil chicken until cooked through, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
If desired, top each piece of chicken with
mozzarella cheese
during the last minute or so of cooking, just until it melts.
Heat remaining marinade to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Serve over chicken and pasta or rice.
