Ingredients
  

  • 3 c all purpose flour
  • c vegetable oil
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 c bananas (mashed)
  • 2 c sugar
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Icing

  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 2 boxes confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
  2. Combine 3 c all purpose flour, 2 c sugar, 1 c chopped nuts, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
  3. Add 3 eggs and 1½ c vegetable oil. Don't over beat eggs.
  4. Stir in 1½ tsp vanilla, 8 oz crushed pineapple, and 2 c bananas.
  5. Bake in greased and floured layer pans (3 pans) or one big sheet pan for 30-35 minutes.

Icing

  1. Mix 6 oz cream cheese, 2 boxes confectioner's sugar, 1 tbsp milk, and 2 tbsp vanilla. Add milk if thinner consistency is needed.
  2. Refrigerate any leftover cake.
