crushed pineapple
(drained)

baking soda

bananas
(mashed)

(beaten)

cinnamon
Icing
6
oz
cream cheese
2
boxes
confectioner's sugar
1
tbsp
milk
2
tbsp
vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to
350
°F
Combine
3 c all purpose flour
,
2 c sugar
,
1 c chopped nuts
,
1 tsp baking soda
,
1 tsp salt
, and
1 tsp cinnamon
.
Add
3 eggs
and
1½ c vegetable oil
. Don't over beat eggs.
Stir in
1½ tsp vanilla
,
8 oz crushed pineapple
, and
2 c bananas
.
Bake in greased and floured layer pans (3 pans) or one big sheet pan for 30-35 minutes.
Icing
Mix
6 oz cream cheese
,
2 boxes confectioner's sugar
,
1 tbsp milk
, and
2 tbsp vanilla
. Add milk if thinner consistency is needed.
Refrigerate any leftover cake.
