Vidalia Onion Casserole
Ingredients
- 5 large Vidalia onions
- ½ c butter
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
- 20 Ritz crackers (crumbled)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 °F
- Slice 5 large Vidalia onions into rings. Melt ½ c butter in a large skillet and saute onions until limp.
- Pour half of the onions into 2 quart greased casserole pan.
- Cover with half of the cheese and crackers and then repeat layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
