Vidalia Onion Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 5 large Vidalia onions
  • ½ c butter
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese
  • 20 Ritz crackers (crumbled)

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325 °F
  2. Slice 5 large Vidalia onions into rings. Melt ½ c butter in a large skillet and saute onions until limp.
  3. Pour half of the onions into 2 quart greased casserole pan.
  4. Cover with half of the cheese and crackers and then repeat layer.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
