butter

Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to
325
°F
Slice
5 large Vidalia onions
into rings. Melt
½ c butter
in a large skillet and saute onions until limp.
Pour half of the onions into 2 quart greased casserole pan.
Cover with half of the cheese and crackers and then repeat layer.
Bake for 30 minutes.
