Clean and cut vegetables.
12 sweet red peppers, 12 medium white or yellow onions, 12 sweet green peppers
Process vegetables through a grinder with a medium blade or food processor.
Place vegetables in a large pan and cover with boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes
Drain off water and place vegetables back in a large pot. Add vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes
2 c sugar, 2 c white vinegar, 2 tbsp salt
If desired, add food coloring.
Ladle into sterilized canning jars and seal.
