Add ½ c butter and 1½ c heavy whipping cream to a large skillet and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
Whisk in 2 tsp garlic, ½ tsp Italian seasoning, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper. Simmer for 1 minute.
Whisk in 2 c Parmesan cheese. Heat until melted.
Serve immediately with your preferred dish.
Notes
We like this alfredo sauce particularly with sun-dried tomatoes. We'll pair it with grilled steaks that we have seasoned and then sliced. Add in some fettuccine noodles, and its great.
