(rinsed and drained)

green, yellow, or red pepper

red onion

pepper
(to taste)

garlic
(minced)

olive oil
Tortilla chips
Instructions
Combine peppers, onion, and corn
16 oz canned corn,
1 green, yellow, or red pepper,
½ c red onion
Mix olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, garlic, sugar, and lime juice together and then pour over the peppers, onion, and corn.
1 tsp cilantro,
1 tsp lime juice,
sugar,
1 clove garlic,
¼ c olive oil,
pepper
Add black beans to the mixture last, serve with tortilla chips.
