Icing

margarine
5-6
tbsp
milk

tbsp
cocoa

powdered sugar
Instructions
Cake Mix
In a large bowl mix together
2 c flour
and
2 c sugar
. Set aside.
In a small pan, bring to a boil
1 stick margarine
,
4 tbsp cocoa
,
½ c Crisco
, and
1 c water
. Stir into flour/sugar mixture.
Stir
1 tsp baking soda
into
½ c buttermilk
and add to mixture.
Then add
2 eggs
,
½ tsp vanilla
, and
½ tsp salt
. Combine.
Pour into greased and floured (or sprayed) pan (cookie sheet size pan) and bake at
400
°F
for 18 to 20 minutes.
Icing
Bring
1 stick margarine
,
5-6 tbsp milk
, and
4 tbsp cocoa
to a boil. Beat in
1 lb powdered sugar
(may use less).
Put hot icing on cake.
