Instructions
Preheat oven to
325
°F
Blend
8 oz cream cheese
,
1 c butter
,
1½ c sugar
, and
1½ tsp vanilla
. Add
4 eggs
, one at a time.
Add
2¼ c flour
and
1½ tsp baking powder
and mix.
Add ¼ c water and then
1 c Maraschino cherries
last.
Bake 1 hour 20 minutes in greased and floured bundt pan.
Notes
For Christmas Gatha divides this recipe into 3 small loaf pans to give as gifts. Reduce cooking time to not over cook.
