Instructions
Preheat oven to
400
°F
Cut
4 c cooked chicken
into chunks.
In a large skillet, melt
¼ c butter
. Whisk in
¼ c flour
and cook over medium heat to form a roux.
Add
5 oz evaporated milk
and
2 c chicken broth
. Cook over medium heat until thickened to a gravy-like consistency.
Add chicken to mixture and pour into a 9x9 or 10x10 baking dish.
Cover with
1 refrigerated pie crust
, trimming excess, and bake for 30 minutes or until crust is slightly browned.
