Instructions
Preheat oven to
350
°F
Combine
3 c cooked rice
,
½ c cheddar cheese
,
½ c parsley
,
½ c onion
,
1 clove garlic
, and
¼ c green pepper
. Mix well.
Mix
1 c evaporated milk
,
2 eggs
,
½ c oil
,
1 tbsp salt
,
3 tbsp lemon juice
, and
celery salt and pepper
together. Pour over tossed rice mixture.
Bake 45 minutes.
