Instructions
Preheat oven to
350
°F
Prepare
1 box German chocolate cake mix
according to package directions.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray, sprinkle
1 can coconut
on bottom of pan, add
1 pkg pecans
, and pour prepared cake batter on top.
Beat together
1 stick melted butter
,
8 oz cream cheese
, and
1 pkg confectioners sugar
. Spoon over cake.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Notes
Do not use fat free cream cheese
(
it will stay on top and not sink to the bottom of the cake)
