Instructions
Preheat oven to
345
°F
Mix
3 c cooked rice
,
1 c parsley
,
1 c cheddar cheese
,
½ c onion
,
¼ c green pepper
, and
1 clove garlic
in greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Blend
14½ oz evaporated milk
,
½ c vegetable oil
,
½ tsp Accent
,
2 eggs
,
½ tsp salt
, and
½ tsp pepper
. Add juice and zest of
1 lemon
.
Bake for 45 minutes or until like custard. Insert knife in the middle, if it is almost completely clean when pulled out the rice is done.
