Cream ¼ c butter, ¼ c shortening, and ¼ c sugar, then add ⅛ tsp salt, 1 tsp cream of tartar, 1⅓ c flour, ½ tsp baking soda, and 1 egg. Press into pizza pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Topping
Mix 8 oz cream cheese and ½ c powdered sugar then add ¼ c whipping cream. Spread on cooled crust.
Cook reserved pineapple juice with 1 tbsp corn starch to make glaze. Arrange 15 oz pineapple chunks and assorted fresh and/or canned fruits over cream cheese mixture.
