Salad

napa cabbage
(thinly sliced)

romaine lettuce
(thinly sliced)

red pepper
(diced)

green peppers
(diced)

Chicken Ramen noodles
⅓
c
sesame seeds

tbsp
margarine
(melted)
Optional
½
c
slivered almonds or pine nuts
Instructions
Salad
Crumble
2 pkg Chicken Ramen noodles
, mix in
3 tbsp margarine
, and sauté. Set a packet of seasoning aside.
Add
⅓ c sesame seeds
and
½ c slivered almonds or pine nuts
and 1 packet of chicken Ramen seasoning.
Set aside to cool.
Toss to combine
1 head napa cabbage
,
1 head romaine lettuce
,
1 red pepper
, and
4 green peppers
.
Add the cooled ramen mixture to the salad and mix.
Dressing
Combine
1 c olive oil
,
⅓ c red wine vinegar
,
⅔ c sugar
,
1 tsp salt
,
¼ tsp garlic powder
, and
¼ tsp pepper
to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to combine.
