Sauerkraut and Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 rack ribs
  • 1 can sauerkraut

Instructions
 

  1. Wash 1 rack ribs and cut into pieces. Put in the bottom of a deep kettle.
  2. Cover ribs with 1 can sauerkraut. Heat and simmer until ribs are tender.
  3. Serve with mashed potatoes, sauerkraut on the potatoes with lots of butter.

Notes

Homemade sauerkraut is best, but the plastic bag of sauerkraut from the store is next best.  Never wash the kraut.
