Brown 1½ lb ground round beef and 1 small onion. Add Italian seasoning, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp red pepper flakes, ½ tsp sage, and 1 tsp sugar. Add 1 jar spaghetti sauce. Bring to a simmer.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Add to sauce.
Serve hot, optionally with garlic bread and salad.
