frozen spinach

onion
(grated)

eggs
(beaten)

sour cream

Parmesan cheese

tbsp
flour

tbsp
butter
salt and pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Preheat oven to
350
°F
Cook
1 pkg frozen spinach
with
1 tbsp onion
in a small amount of water. Drain.
Add
2 eggs
,
½ c sour cream
,
1 c Parmesan cheese
,
1 tbsp flour
,
2 tbsp butter
, and
salt and pepper
to taste.
Pour into greased 1 quart casserole dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until center is set.
If desired, pour cheese sauce over the top prior to serving.
